Blu Scout's real father (Or how I imagine him )
In my headcanon he was a terrible father, he always was drunk and was unrespectful with his son and wife to the point of punching them. 
One night, while he was drunk like always, Matthew was about to kill her wife but luckily someone call the police and arrested him.
Few years later he was still in prison and some people informed him that her ex-wife had another child with someone else (RED Spy) and he promised that he will come back to take his revenge.
He's around 40.
